Standard Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 to the United States. Your package will be shipped by the ground method via United States Postal Service (can take up to 5-7 business days).  Generally, both of these methods will arrive in 3-5 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day after placing your order. You will receive an email with tracking information for your package. Please note that any package that is abnormally large or heavy may incur additional shipping fees. If this is the case, you will be contacted as soon as possible with shipping options. The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages Monday-Saturday. This should be taken into consideration when estimating delivery dates.

The Web Dermatologist wants you to be happy with every purchase that you make at our site. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to arrange the return of the product.* We offer in-store credit with a 15% restocking fee on products if returned within 30 days of purchase that are unopened and in their original packaging. Defective merchandise does not require a 15% restocking fee. All returned merchandise must have the original sales slip enclosed.  Return the product via USPS mail or other common carrier prepaid and insured. Retain your shipping receipt for proof. Note: We cannot accept responsibility for uninsured packages returned through the US Postal Service. Shipping rates for packaging, insurance and delivery are not reimbursable. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling charges.

*Due to manufacturer guidelines, we are unable to accept returns on Clarisonic (and accessories), SkinCeuticals, and Latisse.
