Important Information
Our online scheduler allows patients to self-schedule up to 90 days into the future. If you are an established patient, you should see a “welcome back!” notice appear after validating your name and date of birth. If you do not see this even though you have been a patient of the practice, please call the office after scheduling your appointment to verify your information, before filling out the registration form which will be e-mailed to you.
Insurance
We accept the following insurances:
Aetna, Anthem BCBS, BCBS, Cigna, CBA Blue, Harvard Pilgrim, Humana Military, Tricare, Tricare for Life, Medicare, Railroad Medicare, MultiPlans/PHCS, MVP, Tufts and United Health Care.
Please call the office if you have questions about whether or not we participate in your insurance plan.
Registration
After scheduling an appointment, you will receive a registration link from eDerm.
Login with the patient’s last name and date of birth. If you didn’t receive the email, please check your Spam Folder. If you still can’t find the email or can’t login, please call the office.
New Patients:
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your appointment.
